Brush Face and Adapter Plates

The brush plates have become very popular amongst installers for routing cables through walls to flat screen TV's or other media equipment without the need for multiple interface connections.

Using a brush plate not only saves space but also ensures no loss of data integrity due to further terminations, which is especially important when installing high quality cable interfaces for high definition screens.

Other trades have also been inventive in their use of the brush plates such as heating and ventilation engineers who found that it is much cheaper and easier to install a brush faceplate than make good a wall when passing a pipe through.

We have 2 main types of brush plates, one is the brush face plate, where brushes are permanently attached to the back of a faceplate, and the other is where the adapter plate is mounted between the faceplate and the backbox using the faceplate screws, both of which come in single gang euromod size or double gang euromod size.

The brush faceplates come in standard white plastic and brushed stainless steel faceplates, but most types and makes of faceplate can be adapted to suit the customers needs, just call us with your request.

The brush adapter plates can be slotted behind most brands of plastic faceplate including MK, Triax, RPP etc, so they can be used with your chosen faceplate range eliminating any colour or style matching problems. Modules can still be slotted into the faceplate making them a truly versatile product.
